Development Managers and Personal Finance Managers undertake residential training at our purpose built training centre at our Bradford Head Office to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to be a success. Whilst staff recruited into our Contact Centre at Head Office participate in a two week induction programme and a number of other training modules are available to up-skill and prepare our Operators for Team Leader roles. Alternatively, take a role as a self employed Agent and you’ll receive a range of support ranging from buddying up with an established agent, one to one’s with a Development Manager and easy to follow computer based learning completed on our systems. So, whatever position you take you can be sure you’ll receive all the help and support you’ll need.
