RPF Personal Finance Managers
c£22,000 pa plus Car (Honda Civic) & performance related bonus (realistic OTE £30,000)
RPF is a crucial part of our strategy to grow the UK Consumer Credit business. In this role, you’ll need to develop business to meet and exceed sales targets – you’ll work with our Home Credit Agents to identify customers who are ‘at risk’ of leaving, target those who are paid-up and those who have been introduced via broker channels.
You’ll adopt a disciplined, systematic approach to business development and arrears management, visiting customers to discuss loan options and taking responsibility for underwriting personal loan proposals.
Strong sales ability is, of course, key if you’re to generate sales in a target-driven environment. An excellent communicator, you’ll be a credible personality who’s eager to deliver first-class customer service.
